Euroregional Political Women Cooperation, 2003

Objectives
To involve women in the political life based on the equality of chances among women and men
To promote the gender issue in political parties’ agenda and regional cooperation on the issue
To promote cross-border cooperation in DKMT Euroregion through experience exchanges between women from political parties, non-governmental organisations, local administration and mass-media from Hungary, Romania and Voivodina, Serbia and Muntenegro.

Established cross-sector local women networks
Three joint initiatives of local women for the improvement of quality of everyday life for women and children
Regional support in fundraising and experts’ help in the implementation of these local initiatives.
