Exchange Program for Leadership Development in SEE, 2001 - 2002

An exchange program aiming to create contacts and develop future partnership projects between NGOs and institutions in South-Eastern Europe. The project offered a chance for a professional third sector experience by involving the interns directly into the team and the projects of CED for a period of one to two months. Two sessions took place in 2001, with participants from Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria and Macedonia. For the first session eight potential candidates sent applications, while for the second session 30 applications were received.

Eight interns involved in CED’s activities and programs
Three partnership projects were written
Participants from Bulgaria, Macedonia and Montenegro set up an exchange program with Romanian NGO counterparts
CED database was enlarged with NGOs from Bulgaria and Macedonia.
