The program established a centralized source of reliable information, consisting of a database with programs and events, NGOs, funders, training possibilities, internships and funding opportunities. As a resource, DOL provided services like Regional Calendar of Events and Activities, Web hosting, Search engine and Internet communication.

During the project CED and CED’s DOL partners organised promotional ‘Democracy on Line Days’ in six Serbian cities (Kikinda, Zrenjanin, Novi Sad, Belgrade, Nis and Zajecar) where the program was presented to 170 organisations and media, local authorities and business representatives
