Objective
To contribute to the development of a more efficient non-profit sector in SEE countries by establishing local human resources' capacity to transfer the know-how necessary for the development of non-profit organisations.

Outcome
Team of eight trainers from Romania, Hungary, Serbia and Montenegro.
