  • GOAL: consolidating the organizational structure, ensuring the viability and the self sustainability of NGOs / institutions from South East European countries by know how transfer;
  • OBJECTIVE: the professional development of NGO's/institution's leaders for elaborating long-term strategies, financial sustainability and competitive organizational/project management;
  • TRAINERS: Civil Society Development Foundation Budapest (CSDF) Euroregional Center for Democracy (CED)

  • APPLICANT' S PROFILE:
    - To be part of the senior management of a NGO/institution from SEE countries that runs or would like to develop regional cooperative programs;
    - To have advanced knowledge of English language;

  • SELECTION PROCEDURE:
    - all applications submitted will undergo a selection process for each session;
    - selected participants will be contacted by phone and e-mail, at least 7 days before the start of the session;
    - applicants that were not selected will be notified by e-mail;

  • GENERAL INFORMATION:
    - expenses regarding accomodation, meals and training support materials are all covered by CED, except travel costs to and from Timisoara;
    - the maximum number of participants/session is 15;
    - the sessions will be carried out in English.

Applications can be submitted via internet (www.regionalnet.org/training), by email, by fax or regular mail. The application package will contain:

  1. curriculum vitae
  2. motivation letter
  3. letter of recommendation from the nongovermental organization or institution with the written commitment for covering the applicant's travel costs in case of selection
